Our gyozas are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients, including pork, and locally sourced vegetables. We never use artificial ingredients or preservatives.
Currently, our gyozas are not gluten-free.
Cook our gyozas from frozen for best results. Steam for 12 minutes, boil for 8 minutes until they float, or pan-fry: heat oil, add gyozas, add water to cover the bottom, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then uncover and brown for 5 more minutes.

All Mahsmarket gyozas are made in the Canada, using domestically sourced meats and produce whenever possible.
Our frozen gyozas have a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored properly in the freezer. Check the packaging for the expiration date.
